Peyton Davey entered the world of real estate with clarity and ambition—launching her career straight after her studies and quickly making her mark. At just 19, she joined Carlie at Lifestyle Property Agency, rapidly progressing from front of house to leasing lead, before taking the reins of the agency’s largest portfolio with trademark precision and poise.
Her journey continued through key roles at Laing+Simmons Double Bay and DiJones, where she delivered consistently strong outcomes and earned a reputation for strategic insight, operational excellence, and unwavering professionalism.
Peyton approaches every role with ownership and intent—treating each portfolio as if it were her own. Respected for her thoughtful leadership, strategic mind and unwavering dedication, Peyton continues to shape the property space with purpose and impact.
Today, as Chief Operating Officer and equity partner at QSL Collective, Peyton co-leads a high-performing team of women reshaping luxury property management on the Gold Coast.
Her mission is simple: elevate service, maximise returns, and set a new benchmark for what true property leadership looks like.
